Our HP25 hydraulic power unit is a powerful and flexible system, based on a 25 HP water-cooled diesel engine. It is available in both single- and dual-circuit configurations and is designed for demanding tasks where reliable performance is essential. The unit features a 50-litre hydraulic oil tank and a 30-litre diesel tank, enabling extended operating time. The engine is mounted on vibration-damping mounts and complies with the latest emissions standards according to Stage V / Tier 4. The power pack is ideal for operating high-flow hydraulic equipment such as drilling machines and industrial tools. Flow can be adjusted to the task – for example, 50 L/min at 140 bar or 38 L/min at 200 bar. The hydraulic oil temperature is regulated via a radiator and a 12 V fan that activates when the oil reaches 50°C.
The unit is built into a robust chassis with double doors for easy access and maintenance. The chassis also functions as a bunded tank to reduce the risk of spillage. Additionally, it is equipped with forklift pockets and four lifting points, making transportation and handling both safe and flexible.
All in all, the HP25 is a professional solution for heavy-duty tasks with high demands on performance and reliability.
